Building materials seller SIG has strengthened its Board with two industry heavyweights, as it bids to get its finances back on track.
Former boss asphalt Cyrille Ragoucy and Alan Lovell, who ran the engineering and construction giant Costain will join as non-Executive Directors of the company, which is in the middle of a turnaround plan aimed at improving efficiency and customer service.
Andrew Allner, Chairman, said that they both bring “extensive construction industry and experience of performing” on Board.
