Interserve agrees to sell major development in Edinburgh

Interserve has sold a major event in Edinburgh, which prevents delays, as the company tries to put itself on solid financial footing.

Support services and construction business, said Tuesday that its joint venture with Tiger developments has sold the site of the Haymarket in the centre of the Scottish capital on M&G real estate for $ 49,1 m.

The site is one of the most significant development opportunities to come to market in the city for over ten years. The three acre plot has permission for a scheme that includes three office buildings, retail space, a 190 bedroom hotel and 170 unit holiday homes.
