Banks must do more to stop the culture of cities ‘alpha male’, say MPs

The company needs to do more to abolish the “alpha male” culture is still rife in banking and Finance, a powerful Treasury Committee said.

In an extensive report on the situation of women in Finance, published today, the MPs call upon the firm’s capital bonus negotiations and more male bosses to “lead by example” by adopting a flexible work schedule.

The Committee noted “compelling reasons” for women who wish to progress in the ranks of the Finance of the enterprises of culture.
